Site work for a water / sewer project in Adrian, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
All bids must be firm for 45 days after bid opening. Please contact Mr. Tim Ritchie at (517)264-4828 or tritchie@adrianmi.gov with any questions. The City of Adrian reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities. Any deviation from specifications must be so noted. All bids must contain descriptive literature and warranty information. The City of Adrian has a local preference policy. No contract shall be made with any person, firm or corporation in default of the city. For all documents, please visit website. All contractors must sign the City of Adrian's Professional Service Contract and provide Liability Insurance and Performance Bond. All bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked on the outside, "Fairgrounds Tank Repairs" 1) Remove and cap the existing drainline in the riser and install a drain/mud valve. 2) Replace the wet interior roof hatch. Commence work after project award (likely November 8,2022) Substantial Completion within 45 days of award, including cure and disinfection time. The work is to be performed in a maximum of 7 days. Specifications for the work Section 05 00 00 Metals is attached. 2) Email proposal to the Water Plant Superintendent with the City of Adrian, Tim Ritchie at TRitchie@adrianmi.gov. The structure is a 500,000 gallon double ellipse elevated water storage tank with an estimated low-water level of 80 feet located at 1107 Bristol St. in Adrian, Michigan.
