For Tree Work on The City of Adrian properties. The City of Adrian is seeking proposals from professional tree care firms for the purpose of providing routine, ongoing tree maintenance practices. These include general tree trimming, nonemergency quick response tree trimming or removal, emergency/storm response tree trimming or removal, and routine removal of trees. It is the intent of this RFP to obtain hourly rates to apply to the above stated needs. LICENSES AND PERMITS. Contractor shall possess and keep current all state and local licenses and permits required for the services to be performed. This will work will cover a 24-month period, beginning January 1, 2023 with an option of an additional 12 months. Specifications are attached. The City of Adrian reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities. The City of Adrian has a local preference policy. No contract shall be made with any person, firm or corporation in default of the city.
