As of February 17, 2023, owner's project manager has been awarded. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: The Town of Seekonk, through its Board of Selectmen, intends to retain the services of an Owner's Project Manager ("OPM") to represent the Town of Seekonk's interests in managing the process of design through construction close-out for the construction of a new Department of Works Complex located at Fall River Ave. (as shown on Assessors Map 11, Lot 1, Lot 56, Lot 496). The OPM will be required to manage the project, including providing Clerk of the Works services, and any related project work, and work in conjunction and in cooperation with the project architect and contractor, as required by the needs of the project. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time
