Soliciting bids from qualified General Contractors and Subcontractors for the construction of a new 8,000 SF Fire Station and Communications Center with associated site work at 69 School St., Seekonk, MA 02771. Masonry; Misc.& Ornamental Iron; Waterproofing, Damp proofing & Caulking; Roofing & Flashing; Metal Windows; Glass & Glazing; Tile; Acoustical Tile; Resilient Flooring; Painting; Fire Protection; Plumbing; HVAC; & Electrical. CONSTRUCTION SCHEDULE A. Bidders shall anticipate the following construction schedule, which is subject to change: 1. Commence preconstruction administration activities: 12/01/23 2. Abatement/Demolition of Existing Building (by others): 12/01/2023 - 01/31/2024 3. Start Construction Activities and Mobilization: 02/01/2024 4. Date of Substantial Completion: 05/31/2025 The bid due date has been extended per Addendum #7
