Alaska Veterans & Pioneers Home The Alaska Department of Family and Community Services is seeking professional design services to provide bid ready plans, specifications, and a construction cost estimate for a project at the Alaska Veterans and Pioneers Home, Palmer Alaska. Project scope is to replace portions of the interior crawl space sewer line, approx. 80ft, and exterior sewer line, approx. 40ft, that has failed and been temporarily repaired and is in use. Consultants are encouraged to include items that are felt necessary for the flow of the project to be clearly demonstrated. If requested a site visit can be arranged. Deliverables to include: 1. Design services with 65% review. 2. Bid ready plans, specifications, and cost estimate (PS&E) 3. Bidding assistance and Construction Administration to be negotiated on a Time Expense basis. 4.
