Site work for a water / sewer project in Parkers Cove, Nova Scotia. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC) on behalf of the Department of Fisheries and Oceans requires construction services to demolish and repair sections of a wharf in Parker's Cove, Nova Scotia. The work includes: - the demolition of an existing timber piled wharf structure and replacing it with a new steel piled wharf structure with concrete deck. - Encapsulating an existing marginal timber structure in a new steel pile structure. - Removing the timber decking from an existing timber crib structure, raising it by one metre and installing a new concrete deck. The Contractor must perform and complete the Work within 72 weeks of Award Notification. The estimated cost of this procurement is between $5,000,000 and $20,000,000.00.
