The collection and transport of organic materials from wheeled bins and containers on the territory to the composting center authorized by the MELCC and chosen by the Contractor. The dedicated collection of bulky items and their transport to the recovery center chosen by the contractor and the transport of non-recovered bulky items to the Waste Management landfill site. The supply and delivery of wheeled bins and starter kits, during the initial distribution for the collection of organic materials. The supply and delivery of wheeled bins during the initial distribution for the collection of household waste and the collection of recyclable materials. The supply and delivery of additional bins for all collections combined. Repair of wheeled bins for all collections combined. Tenders will be publicly opened at City Hall, located at 139 Sainte-Anne Boulevard in Sainte-Anne-des-Plaines, on October 21, 2022 at 11:01 a.m., in the presence of interested parties.
