Reference number : 1656542 Review Title : Cleaning of sanitary and storm sewer lines - Years 2023 to 2027 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2022-11-14 Submission sent electronically accepted: No The City of Sainte-Anne-des-Plaines is requesting tenders for the execution during the years 2023 to 2027 of cleaning work on the sanitary and storm sewer networks for its Public Works Department. All the conditions are contained in the specifications which form an integral part of this call for tenders. Tenders must be valid for a period of ninety (90) days and be accompanied by a certified check or a tender guarantee issued by an insurance company for an amount at least equal to ten one hundred (10%) of the total amount tendered for the five years provided for in the specifications (including taxes), as well as a letter of intent to issue a contract performance bond for the value of one hundred percent (100%) of the amount tendered for the year 2023 (including taxes) and which will be valid for the entire duration of the contract, from January 1 , 2023 until December 31, 2027 inclusively. Only bonds issued by companies holding an insurer's license in Canada and recognized by the Autorité des marchés financiers du Québec will be accepted under the terms of the tender documents. The following agreements apply to this call for tenders: CFTA (Canadian Free Trade Agreement) and ACCQO (Trade and Cooperation Agreement between Quebec and Ontario).
