The Corporation of the Village of McBride requests Quotes for the supply only of a new lagoon liner for cell #1 at the community's lagoon treatment system. The lagoon liner requirements for this project are summarized as follows: Supply 23,075 m 2 of Coletanche ES-2 or Teranap 431 Bituminous Geomembrane Material (BGM), or approved equal, as per design drawings and specifications. Quantities provided are based on neat lines only. Supplier is required to account for necessary overlap, wastage, and pipe penetrations in their quote. Supplied materials are to be delivered between July 1 st and July 15 th , 2023, FOB McBride, BC, Freight Prepaid. Provisional installation of the 23,075 m 2 of Coletanche ES-2 or Teranap 431 Bituminous Geomembrane Material (BGM), or approved equal, as per design drawings and specifications. The works will be for the installation of the BGM liner only. The preparation of the subgrade and other works per the design drawings will be completed by a civil contractor under a separate contract. Quantities provided are based on neat lines only. Supplier is required to account for necessary overlap, wastage, and pipe penetrations in their quote. The estimated installation window is between July 15 thand September 30 th , 2023. Coordination of construction dates with the civil contractor will be the responsibility of the BGM installer and the civil contractor.
