Please also list the project name and group number on the envelope. The successful bidder is required to furnish a performance bond for the faithful performance of the contract in the sum of not less than One Hundred percent (100%) of the total bid price for the complete work, said bond to be that of an approved surety company authorized to transact business in the State of Ohio meeting the requirements of O.R.C. Section 153.57. The Geauga County Board of Commissioners reserves the right to waive any formalities, irregularities or to reject any or all bids.
