Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Chardon, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; water / sewer project; and water / sewer project.
The Loecy Pond Group, Chardon, Geauga County, Ohio will be seeking sealed bids for a dam repair project known as "Loecy Pond Dam Improvements". It is located on Industrial Parkway in Chardon, Ohio, off of 5th Avenue. This project consists of the partial replacement and sliplining of the dam principal spillway outlet pipe and headwall structure, removal of trees and brush on the dam embankment slope, and curb raising along Industrial Parkway. This project also consists of placing, grading, and compacting soil fill material within low-lying portions of the downstream slope. In addition, a spillway opening will be installed on the existing riser, and the pond water elevation will be lowered.
