As of December 16,2022, bids received were rejected. No definite date for the rebid. Bids must include a Bid Bond for the amount of 10% of the total bid. Bonds must be issued by a surety licensed to do business in PA. This is a Prevailing Wage project. Local contractors are encouraged to bid. Site utilities include extension of the existing SCEB Phase 1 utilities, and a new sanitary sewer and electric service for the Welcome Center. New and existing pathways are provided and/or upgraded respectively, providing for an (ADA) accessible route between buildings.
