Reference number : 1649510 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2022-10-17 Submission sent electronically accepted: Nope Options related to this notice: This notice has renewal options (one more year) The Municipality of Blue Sea requires tenders for snow removal and abrasive spreading work on the roads of the Municipality, for the year 2022-2023 with the option of renewal for 2023-2024. The Municipality of Blue Sea plans to have the snow removal and abrasive spreading work carried out between November 1 and March 31 for the 2022-2023 winter season, with the 2023-2024 option. The works must be carried out on the entire road network, over a total length of 65 km. The tenderer who will be awarded the contract must carry out the work in accordance with the clauses of this call for tenders. The Municipality does not undertake to accept either the lowest tender or any of the tenders received and declines any responsibility with regard to one or the other of the tenderers in the event of rejection of all the tenders. The contract is awarded by decision of the Council of the Municipality, at its sole discretion. The Municipality cannot be bound in any way other than by a resolution of its council.
