**As of October 19, 2022, project was awarded to Rice Lake Construction but awarded amount is not available.** The City of Hartford South Dakota requests proposals for a Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) firm to provide preconstruction and construction services for their new Water Resource Recovery Facility (WRRF).
