The Construction Manager, Holland Construction Services, Inc., on behalf of the Collinsville CUSD #10 will receive sealed bids for construction of the New Caseyville Elementary School. Work involves construction of the new 2-story Caseyville Elementary School Building comprised of academic wings, secure entry, and storm shelter as well as construction of a 1-story standalone Public Library. Bid Package No. 25 Electrical Work A Bid Bond or Certified Check made payable to Collinsville CUSD #10 in the amount of 5% of the Base Bid shall accompany the Bid as a guarantee that the bidder, if awarded the contract, will execute the contract, and proceed with the work. Should a bidder find discrepancies, ambiguities, and/or omissions for the Contract Documents, or be in doubt of their meaning, bidder shall at once, and in any event no later than Friday, September 30, 2022, at 5:00 pm central time, notify the CM by completing the Request for Clarification form. All RFCs shall be sent to Holland Construction Services. As of January 10, 2023, site work has begun. Construction is anticipated to be complete summer 2024.
