Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Sheboygan, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

For the construction of approximately 800 lineal feet of HMA-paved roadway with concrete curb and gutter, 400 lineal feet of sanitary sewer, 25 vertical feet of sanitary manhole structures, 890 lineal feet of storm sewer, 20 storm sewer structures, 425 lineal feet of watermain, 6 valves, and 2 hydrants. This work includes extensive filling and grading, temporary and permanent erosion control, traffic control, and excavation of one clay lined storm water detention facility. Work includes all incidental items necessary to complete the work as shown on the plans and included in the proposal contract. LEGAL PROVISIONS: The Contract letting shall be subject to the provisions of Sections 60.47, 66.0901, and 779.15 of the Wisconsin Statutes. BID SECURITY: Bid Security in the amount of not less than 5 percent of the Bid shall accompany each Bid in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. CONTRACT SECURITY: The Bidder to whom a Contract is awarded shall furnish a Performance Bond and a Payment Bond each in an amount equal to the Contract Price. BID REJECTION/ACCEPTANCE: OWNER reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, waive informalities in bidding or to accept the Bid or Bids, which best serve the interests of OWNER. BID WITHDRAWAL: No Bid shall be withdrawn for a period of 60 days after the opening of Bids without consent of OWNER.
