Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in Scranton, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field; for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; water / sewer project; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

The park will include new concrete walks, pavers and landscaping. Utility services will include electric, communications and water service. The bid must be accompanied by a certified/cashier's check or Bid Bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the bid amount, made payable to Scranton Tomorrow. Scranton Tomorrow reserves the right to reject any or all bids or portions thereof or to waive any informalities in the bidding. If written notice of the acceptance of this Bid is mailed or delivered to the successful bidder within ten (10) days after the opening thereof, or at any time thereafter before the Bid is withdrawn, the said bidder agrees to execute and deliver the Project Agreement in the form prescribed by Scranton Tomorrow or forfeit said Bid Bond The contract documents contain requirements regarding nondiscrimination in hiring practices, and related matter, including performance and payment bonds and liability insurance.
