The 42nd Contracting Squadron, 50 LeMay Plaza, Bldg. 804, Maxwell AFB, AL has a requirement to purchase fiber path installation as described in the Performance Work Statement (Attachment 1) for the 42nd CS. This is a streamlined combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only notice. A written solicitation will not be issued. This requirement is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect the Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2022-07, Defense Publication Notice (DPN) 20220623, and Air Force Acquisition Circular (AFAC) 20220701. A Firm Fixed Priced (FFP) Contract will be made in accordance with the following: NAICS Code: This acquisition is being solicited as a 100% small business set-aside. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 238210, Other Computer Related Services with a size standard of $16,500,000.00.
