The project is expected to be awarded today** Custom BT ALTERNATIVE A - ME Collins - $ 455,201.26 ALTERNATIVE B - ME Collins - $ 452,487.40 The Lower Platte North Natural Resources District invites contractors to submit bids for: WANAHOO APRON OVERLAY PROJECT WAHOO, NEBRASKA The project consists of the repair and rehabilitation of the stilling basin apron at the Lake Wanahoo Dam, including the use of fiber reinforced concrete, steel reinforcement, concrete anchors and waterstops, amongst other materials. The project site is located north of the City of Wahoo, Saunders County, Nebraska. The Work will be completed on or before 31 December, 2022 in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement. The Dates are based on an anticipated notice to proceed (NTP) prior to 1 November, 2022. Envelopes containing the bids shall be sealed and must be accompanied by a certified check or bidder s bond in an amount of not less than five percent of the amount bid. The check or bond shall be made payable to the Treasurer, Lower Platte North Natural Resources District as security that the bidder to whom the award is made will enter into a contract to complete the rehab project and furnish the required bonds. Bids will be publically opened and read at the District s office at that time and place. No bid shall be withdrawn after opening bids without consent of the Lower Platte North Natural Resources District for a period of 45 days after the scheduled time for closing bids. The District reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities in the bidding.
