Site work and renovation of a civil project in Justin, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
The work to be performed under this specification consists of furnishing all materials, tools, equipment, and necessary labor for the construction and testing of one (1) 500,000-gallon (30-foot side water depth x 53-4 diameter) circular precast, prestressed concrete ground storage tank complete with steel diaphragm. The tank shall consist of a cast-in-place reinforced concrete floor, a precast, prestressed concrete wall with a continuous mechanically bonded steel diaphragm, and a precast or cast-in-place prestressed concrete dome with no interior columns. Deviations from the requirements of this section will not be considered. In the case of conflict between this and other sections, the requirements of this section shall govern. Ground Storage Tank and High Service Pump Station. The project consists of a new 500,000 gallon concrete ground storage tank, CMU control and pump building, split case horizontal pumps, miscellaneous piping, site work, protective coatings, and electrical. 21-25551
