Purchase of Anti-Skid Material Purchase of Culvert Pipe Purchase and Delivery of Gasoline, Diesel Fuel, Heating Oil and Propane Purchase and Installation of Guide Rail Painting of Highway Traffic Lines. The bid must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of 10% of the total bid. If applicable, the successful bidder will be required to provide Performance and Payment Bond in the amount of 100% of the contract price within 20 days of the award of the contract. Security shall be in the form of a certified check, bank cashier's check, or satisfactory bid bond naming as payee the Pocono Mountains Council of Governments. All materials shall comply with the specifications as provided in the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation Publication Number 408. All bids shall be stated and delivered and/or installed to the various member municipalities. Each individual municipality shall be billed separately. Bid price for propane shall include delivery, exchange and installation of propane fuel tanks to each respective municipal entity. Quantities are estimated and may be increased or decreased at the discretion of the member municipalities. No Bidder may withdraw his bid within sixty (60) days after the date set for the opening of the bids. The Pocono Mountains Council of Governments reserves the right to reject any and all bids, for any cause whatsoever, to eliminate any item or items from the contract, and to waive any informalities, irregularities, or technicalities, including typographical errors, in the bids.
