As of December 14, 2023, the project has been awarded, however, a timeline for construction has not been confirmed. No further inquiries to be accepted. The work consists of providing all labor, materials, equipment and incidentals necessary to renovate CFX's McCoy Road East District Facility building and parking lot located at 7015 McCoy Road, Orlando, FL 32822 and modify the parking lot of CFX's EPASS Service Center located at 525 South Magnolia Avenue, Orlando, FL 32801. The building work includes but is not limited to architectural, structural, electrical, mechanical, plumbing and utility systems as shown in the plans. The parking lot work includes but is not limited to erosion control, clearing & grubbing, earthwork, stabilization, base, asphalt, concrete curb/gutter/sidewalk, irrigation modifications, signing, lighting, thermoplastic pavement markings and a dumpster site. All Bids shall remain open for acceptance by CFX for ninety (90) calendar days after the day of the Bid opening. The Contract time for this project will be 395 calendar days The right is reserved by CFX to reject any or all Bids. At the time of Bid submittal, Bidder as the "prime" contractor must be a licensed Florida general contractor. A copy of the Bidder's current Florida general contractor's license shall be submitted with the Bid. Failure to submit the license may result in rejection of the Bid. Bidder shall use licensed subcontractors for all applicable classes of work. Failure to submit the certificates at time of bid may result in rejection of the Bid.
