Awarded bit is Kicking Your Grass for 1,500 per month The City of Adairsville is seeking proposals from a contractor to assist with Lawn Mowing/Landscaping maintenance at various locations within the City. - All work is to be performed Monday through Friday between the hours of 7:00 am to 6:00 pm. - Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, and materials necessary to complete the scope of work. - Maintain General Liability Insurance ($1,000,000 minimum) and furnish proof of such insurance - List Firm's years of experience - Prior to each mowing, remove all litter and debris from lawn areas. - Prune/trim bushes, scrubs and other (minimum 3 times a year) Locations: - Gin - Hayes Park - Log Town - Public Square - Utility Drive Through - Library Veterans' Memorial Park The submittal must provide for all costs, services, fees and any other expenses including, but not limited to those services specified and recommended.
