The City of Adairsville is seeking a landscape contractor to clear overgrown lots of weeds, grass, and other vegetation of up to four inches in diameter and removal of same. The submittal must include the following: o Rate charged per hour o Pricing for lots of less than once acre or hourly rate, if applicable o Pricing for lots of more than once acre or hourly rate, if applicable o Listing of all services offered by the company including rates The submittal must include the following: 1. Summary of lot clearing and bush hogging experience 2. Proof of liability insurance 3. Three references of current or former clients An evaluation committee consisting of the Community Development Director, Environmental Compliance and the Public Works Director will evaluate bids on Wednesday October 12th at 9:45 A.M. at City Hall. The Mayor and City Council will award the contract to the lowest, responsive responsible bidder.
