The project consists of cleaning designated creeks and channels in the City of Burlingame. Work includes, but is not limited to, sediment, vegetation, and debris removal, hauling and disposal. Answers will be available online via electronically Work on this project should begin as soon as possible after a Notice to Proceed has been issued by the City. The contractor shall possess a Class A license prior to submitting a bid. Prevailing wage rates must be paid for all work associated with this project. All contractors and subcontractors will be required to furnish electronic certified payroll records directly to the California Department of Industrial Relations. No contractors and subcontractor may be listed on the bid proposal for a public works project unless registered with the California Department of Industrial Relations pursuant to Labor Code section 1725.5. The contractor is to become fully familiar with all instructions, provisions, conditions and specifications contained in the bid documents.
