**As of December 7, 2022, project was awarded to JFS Inc. awarded amount is $2,367,525.57** The work generally includes the reconstruction of three York County Bridges: Bridge No. 32 carries Muddy Creek Road (T-633) over South Branch Muddy Creek in Fawn Township and East Hopewell Township. Bridge No. 56 carries Meisenhelder Road (T-760) over Cabin Creek in Lower Windsor Township. Bridge No. 201 carries Eden Road (T-976) over Fishing Creek in Newberry Township. This Project falls under The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania enacted Act 127 of 2012, known as the Public Works Employment Verification Act (the Act) which requires all public work contractors and subcontractors to utilize the Federal Government's E-Verify system to ensure that all employees performing work on public work projects are authorized to work in the United States. All Bidders are required to submit a Public Works Employment Verification Form as a precondition for the Contract Award.
