Site work for a water / sewer project in Fawn Township, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Project Cost Estimate: Contract Number 25-2A - $825,000 Contract Number 25-2B - $735,000 Contract Number 25-2A - Furnish and install 3,684 L.F. of a new 8" PVC water line along Bull Creek Road, S.R. 1034, as a replacement for the existing water line. This Contract includes water line replacement between Orris Road and Howes Run Road. Also includes furnishing and installing new water service connections and service lines and reconnections to the existing service lines and a bored crossing of S.R. 1034. Work will be performed within PennDOT highway rights-of-way and private water line rights-of-way. Contract Number 25-2B - Furnish and install by sliplining approximately 1,700 feet of fusible PVC pipe within the existing 12" diameter ductile iron pipe. The Contract also includes the installation of approximately 1,740 feet of 8" diameter PVC water line by conventional open cut excavation. The work also includes furnishing and installing new water service connections and service lines and reconnections to the existing service lines and a bored crossing of S.R. 1034. Work will be performed within PennDOT highway rights-of-way and private water line rights-of-way. Work shall be completed within 150 calendar days following issuance of a Notice to Proceed.
