Description

Site work for a water / sewer project in Norwood, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

Work to include 8"-12" pipe cleaning and relining and manhole cleaning and relining. Specifications and bidding forms are available from the office of the Borough Engineer upon receipt of a non-refundable fee. Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of ten percent of the total bid, made payable to Norwood Borough. All bids must be addressed to the Borough of Norwood and plainly endorsed in the lower left hand corner for "SANITARY SEWER REHAB." Requirements in this bid packet include the Public Works Employment Verification Form, PA Prevailing Wage and related Acts, various insurance requirements, various equal opportunity provisions, the requirement for a payment bond and performance bond for 100% of the contract price, and a one-year maintenance bond for 10% of the contract price. The Borough reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and waive any informalities in the bidding as deemed in the interest of the Borough.
