NORWOOD LOWER PARK MASTER PLAN Council of Norwood Borough, Delaware County, Pennsylvania, is accepting proposals for a one-time contract to perform certain professional (consulting) services work for Norwood Borough involving master planning of an existing open space located on E. Amosland Road to include recommendations for active and passive recreation, improvements, funding and programming for the site. A Park Master Plan will be required as part of this work. Proposal submission instructions, requirements, evaluation criteria, and sample contract is attached.
