Site work for a water / sewer project in Norwood, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade water / sewer project.
Storm Sewer Improvements - McKinley Avenue and Woodland Avenue. Major items include installation of 7 Inlets and 360 LF of 12" - 24" diameter HDPE pipe. A certified check or bid bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the total bid, made payable to the Borough of Norwood, must accompany each bid. Address all bids to the Borough of Norwood at the above address. Envelope should be plainly endorsed in the lower left hand corner for "Storm Sewer Improvements". Attention of bidders is called to all of the requirements contained in this bid packet, particularly to the Public Works Employment Verification Form, PA Prevailing Wage Rates, various insurance requirements, various equal opportunity provisions, the requirement for a payment bond and performance bond for 100% of the contract price and a one-year maintenance bond for 10% of the contract price. The Borough of Norwood reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids thereof, and waive any informalities in the bidding, as they deem in the best interest of the Borough.
