A certified check or bid bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the total bid, made payable to the Borough of Norwood Borough, must accompany each bid. Address all bids to the Borough of Norwood at the above address. Envelope should be plainly endorsed in the lower left hand corner for WOODLAND STORM. Attention of Bidders is Called to All of the Requirements Contained in This Bid Packet, Particularly to the Public Works Employment Verification Form, Davis-bacon and Related Acts, Various Insurance Requirements, Various Equal Opportunity Provisions, the Requirement for a Payment Bond and Performance Bond for 100% of the Contract Price and a One-year Maintenance Bond for 10% of the Contract Price. The Borough of Norwood Borough reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids thereof, and waive any informalities in the bidding, as they deem in the interest of the Borough. *The list of planholders and/or interested bidders is not being tracked by the stakeholders involved with this project.
