A certified check or bid bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the total bid, made payable to the Borough of Norwood, must accompany each bid. Address all bids to the Borough of Norwood at the above address. Envelope should be plainly endorsed in the lower left hand corner for ASANITARY SEWER REHABILITATION. Attention of Bidders is called to all of the requirements contained in this bid package, particularly to the Federal Davis-Bacon Wage Rates, various insurance requirements, various equal opportunity provisions, and the requirements for a payment bond and performance bond for 100% of the contract price and a one year maintenance bond for 10% of the contract price. The Borough of Norwood reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids or parts thereof, and to waive any informalities in the bidding, as they deem in the best interest of the Borough.
