Demolition, site work, renovation and addition to a medical facility in Sandersville, Georgia. Completed plans call for the addition of a medical facility; for the demolition of a medical facility; for the renovation of a medical facility; and for site work for a medical facility.
Washington County Health Department Renovation and Addition. The Contractor shall achieve Substantial Completion within 270 days from the date of Commencement. The project is funded in part by a Community Development Block Grant. Bidders must comply with all Department of Community Affairs requirements and not be on the debarred list. Section 3 policies and procedures must be followed. Refer to CDBG Clauses in the project manual. Bidders are to provide Georgia Security and Immigration Compliance Act Affidavit with the bid proposal and a Bid Bond. Omission of any completed form can make the bidder non-responsive. A Performance Bond equal to 100% of the Contract Price and a Payment Bond equal to 110% of the Contract Price will be required. Proof of General Liability Insurance and Workman's Compensation Insurance is required with Washington County listed as an additional insured. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Bond or Certified Funds in the amount of 5% of the Bid Amount. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids, waive any technicalities or irregularities and award the bid based on the best interests of Washington County.
