Site work for a mixed-use development in Ashland, Virginia. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; and water / sewer project.
LOCATION: Patrick Henry High School Hanover County Public Schools, Hanover County, Virginia 12449 West Patrick Henry Boulevard Ashland, Virginia 23005 PROJECT SCOPE: Install a new commercial sprinkler irrigation system for the Softball Field Project proposal shall include: Installation of new underground water lines and irrigation heads to provide full water coverage of all grass areas. New lines shall tie into the existing water line main Capability to provide dust control, either through heads and/or hose bid connection for the dirt infield Number of zones shall be optimized by the installer based on the capacity of the water source. Automated system controller and rain gauge Removal of any per-existing equipment that may interfere with the newly installed equipment Over seeding of any disturbed grass areas Training on operating and maintaining the system Any necessary permitting required by Hanover County. This project can begin as soon as possible and must be completed by February 1, 2023. Work hours are Monday through Friday, 6AM to 6PM. Additional work hours can be arranged as requested.
