This Tender consists of solid waste removal services for the Department of Environment and Local Government as per the attached Specification. This contract shall extend for a twenty-three (23) month term, from February 1, 2023 until December 29, 2024, with the option to renew for one (1) additional one (1) year term upon written agreement by both parties. Pricing shall be subject to negotiation of a satisfactory contract price not to exceed the tendered price plus any published increase in the New Brunswick Consumer Price Index. All inquiries should be received seven (7) calendar days prior to the closing date; any inquiries received less than 7 calendar days prior to the closing date cannot be guaranteed a response. Please reference the tender number and closing date within your communications to ensure a prompt and accurate reply. There are no additional pricing sheets to be completed with this bid. To expedite the contract award process, Vendors should include the following with their bid: i. list of two (2) References including: 1. name of reference 2. organization name 3. contact phone number 4. contact email address ii. proof of insurance iii. proof of WorkSafeNB coverage HOW TO SUBMIT PRICING Vendors should indicate their MONTHLY price for servicing the total area in the 'Price Including Discount' and 'Extended Price' for the 23 month term. Pricing and should NOT include taxes
