Renovation of a municipal facility in Fredericton, New Brunswick. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The work under this Contract includes, but is not limited to the following: .1 Demolition and Disposal of existing cladding system comprised of Fiber Reinforced Cement (FRC), cladding panels and fastenening system components as indicated on the East and South Elevation of the building. .2 Inspection of existing wall cavity components including but not limited to rigid insulation, membrane flashing material, and cladding fastening components and z-girts. .3 Installation of new Aluminum Composite Panel (ACM) system and all fastening components, flashing membranes and insulation required to make a complete system.
