Renovation of a municipal facility in Fredericton, New Brunswick. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The purpose of this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) is to solicit Submissions from qualified Contractors to form as when required standing offers for the following services: Service delivery in support of the Enhanced Energy Savings Program (EESP), including insulation and air sealing, in the various service areas within New Brunswick. Based on the review of the RFQ submissions NB Power intends to put standing offers in place with qualified Contractors and ultimately to finalize a contract for the provision of the services described in Section 6 - Scope of Work. NB Power reserves the right to select or further negotiate pricing models with Contractors, and NB Power in its sole discretion may limit the awarding of contracts to Contractors whose cost model is deemed by NB Power to be reasonable to market pricing and to provide value for money for similar types of materials and services. Selection and management of the Contractors on the standing offer list will be coordinated at the sole and absolute discretion of NB Power. NB Power will receive and review submissions in accordance with the timeline and information set out in this RFQ, including the information in the attached Schedules.
