Pima County is seeking Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) for a Design-Builder (D-B) to design and construct a solar drying facility at the County s Tres Rios Wastewater Reclamation Facility (Tres Rios WRF) with the capacity to dry and convert a minimum of 180 wet tons per day of Class B Biosolids to Class A Biosolids.
