Wayne Township hereby invites sealed written bids for the replacement of an existing bridge on Greenhouse Road in the Township. A certified check or bid bond in the amount of 10% of the bid, made payable to Wayne Township, shall accompany all bids. Wayne Township reserves the right to accept any bid, which in their judgment may prove to be in the best interest of the taxpayer, and also reserves the right to waive any informalities or irregularities in or reject any or all bids. Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Rates shall be used on this project.
