Site work and new construction of a power facility in La Farge, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the construction of a power facility; and for site work for a power facility.

As of December 8,2022, this project was awarded to Michels Power Inc., awarded amount is $2,795,693.51. The Project consists of constructing a new Generator Building, Substation, and Distribution Lines. The Contract shall be subject to Section 66.093 of the Wisconsin Statutes pertaining to municipal wage scales and Federal Davis-Bacon wage rates. Attention of bidders is particularly called to the requirements as to conditions of employment to be observed and minimum wage rates to be paid under contract, Section 3, Segregated Facility, Section 109 and E.O. 111246. . Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Any contract or contracts awarded under this Advertisement of Bids may be funded in part by a grant from Community Development Block Grant Program. Bids will be received for a single Contract. Bids shall be on a lump sum basis, with additive alternate bid items as indicated in the Bid Form.
