The Issuing Office for the Bidding Documents is the Board of Contract and Supply Office via the "Avalon Plan Room." Only official planholders will be allowed to obtain a USB Flash Drive with an electronic version or printed copies of the Contract Documents. No bids shall be received after 3:15 p.m. on the date set for receipt. Sealed bids shall be accompanied by a five percent (5%) bid security in the form described in the Instruction to Bidders, and shall include all the required bid forms, affidavits and statements. No contractor will discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment because of race, religion, sex, or national origin. The Board of Contract & Supply resolved issuance of this bid proposal on September 15, 2022.
