Site work and new construction of a warehouse / distribution facility in Taylor, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the construction of a 1,280-square-foot, one-story above grade warehouse / distribution facility; and for site work for a warehouse / distribution facility.
You are invited to bid on a new concession / storage building (to include site work) at Riverside School District at 300 Davis Street, Taylor, Lackawanna County, PA. The building footprint is 1,280 SF one story wood Pole Building, wood trusses and slab on grade construction. Last day to receive RFI: January 27, 2022. Bid bonds are mandatory. Performance and Payment Bonds will be required by the successful bidder. Project to be bid as multiple primes with General Contractor (GC) to oversee and coordinate with MEP contractors. Site visit requests can be made by contacting the School via email to the Owner - (William Drazdowski WDrazdowski@riversidesd.com) Bid Security is required. Submitted bids must be accompanied by a certified check, or bid bond, bank cashier's of trust company treasurer's check as Bid Security in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the bid made payable to the Riverside School District. If the bidder shall fail or refuse to enter into the contract after being given the award, the Bid security shall be used as liquidated damages for the Bidder's failure to comply. The successful bidder will be required to furnish and pay for a satisfactory payment and performance bond with sureties acceptable to the Owner.
