These specifications establish the requirements and guidelines for the replacement of the existing corrugated metal roof of its shop facility at 3038 Energy Lane, Casper, WY 82604. The roof area is approximately 6,500 square feet. This facility is inside a locked fenced area. Materials, machinery, and/or roll-off dumpsters for the project may be stored on-site. Bid Specifications: 1. Contractor shall provide all materials, tools, labor, and incidentals to replace the roof by installing a new roof over the existing metal panels; installing and mechanically attaching flute fill + dens deck; installing a 60-mil single ply roof system; and installing all new termination points. 2. Contractor shall follow all manufacturer's guidelines and installation methods and procedures. There are three existing, obsolete roof vents. Contractor shall remove these and cover the resulting holes in the roof. a. Install flute over existing metal T10.75 B-8.75 1.25 thick, white in color b. Install 1/4 " dens deck = class 4 impact rating c. Install 60-mil single ply roof system / manufacturer's 25-year NDL warranty d. Contractor must supply all warranty materials 3. Contractor should complete the project in a workmanlike fashion, including clean up and disposal. Contractor shall not utilize existing on-site disposal systems. Contractor must remove all disposable items from the site prior to project completion. 4. Contractor is responsible for obtaining all necessary work/building permits and clearances. Contractor shall provide for a safe work environment for all their employees, as well as, State of Wyoming employees working in or near the facility. Contractor shall coordinate with building administration for project scheduling and any special needs. 5. A Wyoming Game and Fish Department representative must review and approve all finished work. Contractor shall complete the project by June 30, 2023.
