Replacement of existing wastewater collection lines via open trench, installation of new SDR35 PVC , to include bypass pumping, trenching, backfill, compaction and testing, installation of new sewer service laterals, new manholes, abandonment of existing manholes, and other incidental work, to complete a project within the available funding. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a lump sum and unit price basis, with additive alternate bid items as indicated in the Bid Form. The Owner reserves the right to adjust quantities included in the Bid Schedule as necessary to provide a complete project with the available funding. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for Bidding Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the designated website.
