The City of Boulder, Colorado is seeking a qualified firm to deliver the proposed repairs at three parking garages. Work includes concrete repairs to spandrel panels, inverted tee beams, double tees, and topping slabs, removal and replacement of joint sealant at exposed levels, and installation of an epoxy surface sealer at exposed levels, among additional miscellaneous items. The precast concrete structure comprises slab-on-ground parking levels (Level B and Level 1) and four elevated levels (Levels 2 through 5) consisting of field-topped precast concrete double tees, inverted tee beams, and spandrel panels. C. The work consists of repairs to the concrete topping slabs, double tees, inverted tee beams, and spandrel panels. In addition, work includes creation of a new expansion joint at the exposed levels, among other items.
