The Boulder County Public Works Department, Building Services Division is seeking to pre-qualify General Contractors (GC) for construction services required to complete the Boulder County Alternative Sentencing Facility (ASF) (includes the Jail Central Plant Expansion) and Jail Intake Expansion located at 3200 Airport Road, Boulder, CO 80301. A selection committee will review all submissions received and choose three (3) General Contractors, based on the criteria outlined in the Specifications and Submittal Section. The three (3) GCs selected will receive Bid documents associated to the ASF, Central Plant, and Intake Expansion scopes. A rough schedule of bidding events and additional information is provided in the Specifications section of this SOQ.
