Work included under this contract consists of selective demolition, rehab and repairs to various structures within Group Camp 8 and Group Camp 1. Work includes but is not limited to electrical system demolition and installation; new electrical connections to commercial kitchen equipment provided by others; and miscellaneous electrical retrofit work. SMALL BUSINESS CERTIFICATION AND SMALL DIVERSE BUSINESS MPLS: Responsive bidders must hold a current small business certification from PA Department of General Services (DGS). Failure to meet this requirement may be cause for rejection. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. Completion- (360) calendar days Work consists of but is not limited to the renovation of the mess hall and recreation hall, remodeling of the showerhouse, and repairs to various bunkhouses/cabins all in Camp 8; and renovation of the mess hall and reroofing various bunkhouses/cabins in Camp 1. Included is all related site work including foundation stabilization, utility line repairs, limited localized re-grading and stormwater systems to facilitate drainage away from structures, and miscellaneous site improvements including entrance ramps, steps and landings. Also included isthe selective demolition and miscellaneous repairs to various Group camp structures, to be field identified at the time of construction and paid for at the unit bid costs as identified in these specifications.
