Renovation of an educational facility in Somerset, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Eagle View Elementary School Chiller Replacement The project will involve a Mechanical prime contract. Each bid shall be accompanied by a certified check, a cashier's check or the bid bond of an approved Surety Company, in an amount of not less than ten (10%) percent of the amount of the proposal and a noncollusion affidavit . Check or bond shall be drawn in favor of the "Somerset Area School District." No bidder may withdraw his bid for a period of sixty (60) days after the date set for the opening of bids. Work shall be started on the project not later than ten (10) days after notification by the Owner or Engineer to start work. The entire work shall be completed, ready for use, on or before January 1, 2024. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities in bids, or to reject any or all bids. **Electronic Contract Documents are for viewing ONLY. No electronic document files are to be provided to contractors for bidding. ALL contractors interested in bidding the project MUST request bid documents directly from H.F. Lenz Company.
