This acquisition is being advertised as small business set aside and as a LPTA procurement. The NAICS Code for this procurement is 238220, Plumbing, Heating, and Air-Conditioning Contractors. In accordance with FAR 36.204, the magnitude of construction is between $25,000 and $100,000. This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside for NAICS 238220. SITE VISIT: A site visit is scheduled for October 10, 2022 at 9:30 A.M. Central Time. Visitors should meet in the lobby of Wilson Hall at the designated time.
