The purpose of the Request for Bid (RFB) Event is to accept bids to remove the roof and end wall of the existing Fabric Cover System, and replace with new Industrial Fabric Cover System with all new ratchet straps and fasteners to be furnished for a fully operational functional system at the MnDOT Redwood Falls Truck Station 217 Quality Drive Redwood Falls, MN 56283 The estimated total dollar value of the contract for one year is $40,000 to $50,000. However, this shall not be construed as either the minimum or maximum amount. It shall also be understood and accepted by the responder that any quantities shown in this solicitation are estimated quantities only and impose no obligation upon the State either minimum or maximum. All work completed under this contract must be completed no later than November 30st, 2022 Questions from prospective Responders regarding this solicitation must be submitted in writing to michael.quale@state.mn.us no later than September 28, 2022, 1:00 PM CST. -12.5 Ounce, 23 Mil polyethylene Non-FR Fabric
-One Complete End Wall Fabric
-Furnish and Install New 1" Ratchets and PVC
-Reuse all original tension tubes and lashing winches/straps
-Existing steel to remain
-Existing Cables and purlins to remain
-Pull covers and tension to industry specification
-Provide all necessary labor and equipment to complete requested service
